What to bring

• Dress Code Suggestions: When visiting a shrine, please maintain solemn etiquette. It is recommended to wear appropriate and modest attire, avoiding overly revealing clothing.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• No refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: The activity cannot follow the itinerary
• Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
• Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 5 minutes or more
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 13 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Meeting and Check-in】>> Punctual Meeting: Please arrive 15 minutes before departure at "Hakata Station Chikushi Exit (opposite LAWSON Fukuoka Oriental Hotel branch, Hakata Station Chikushi East Exit 4)". Please confirm the location in advance to avoid getting lost. The vehicle will depart on time, and no waiting or refunds will be provided for latecomers. Latecomers will be considered to have automatically forfeited the itinerary.>>Digital Check-in: Please present the QR Code in your KLOOK order for check-in. Itinerary tips and guide information will be sent via WhatsApp / Line.
• 【2. Restaurant Reservations (Important), "Aquamarine Itoshima" or "Hamayaki Shirahamaya"】 >>Reservation Process: Within 1 business day after ordering, you will receive an "Online Restaurant Reservation Form." Please fill it out and reply as soon as possible. >>Priority Reservations: According to the regulations of "Aquamarine Itoshima" or "Hamayaki Shirahamaya," seat reservations must be completed at least 3 days before departure. Temporary changes or on-site additions are not accepted. The success rate for reservations on general weekdays is 90%. >>Late Bird Reservation Terms: For bookings made within 3 days of departure, we will still attempt to contact the restaurant, but we cannot guarantee seats. All arrangements are subject to the restaurant's availability on the day. >>Special Dates with Reservation Restrictions: If it coincides with a Japanese long holiday, Golden Week, or the restaurant's regular closing day, some restaurants may not accept reservations. In such cases, it will be changed to a "Free Dining in Palm Beach Activity Area" mode, and the tour guide will provide a surrounding food map for guidance. >>Final Arrangement Rights: All results are subject to the restaurant's operating status or temporary private events. If a reservation cannot be successfully made, please feel free to explore nearby restaurants.

Meal Arrangements】 >>Food Allergies: If you have food allergies or special dietary requirements, please be sure to indicate them when filling out the online form so that the tour guide can coordinate with restaurants in advance (however, it cannot be guaranteed that all restaurants will be able to provide alternative meals). >>Optional: Lunch on this tour is an optional item. Restaurants will be uniformly arranged seasonally at "Aquamarine Itoshima" or "Hamayaki Shirahamaya" (May-September).
• 【IV. Vehicles, Luggage, and Environment】>>Legal Green-Plate Vehicles: We use legally operated green-plate vehicles (medium/large buses), with vehicle dispatch based on the number of participants on the day. Seat selection is on a first-come, first-served basis. >>Child Seats: According to Japanese law, children under 6 years old must use a child safety seat. Please be sure to inform us of the age and number of children in the remarks (infants and adults are priced the same).
• 【V. Itinerary Risks and Regulations】>>Property Safety: Please be sure to carry your passport and valuables with you at all times. The vehicle compartment is only for temporary storage and we are not responsible for their safekeeping; in case of loss, it will be handled according to Japanese insurance terms. >>Disclaimer for Changes: In case of traffic jams or scenic spot maintenance, the tour guide has the right to adjust the sequence or duration of stay. If the return journey is delayed due to traffic, we will not be responsible for any subsequent transportation or restaurant reservation losses incurred by the traveler.
• 【6. Insurance and Legal Disclaimer】>>Insurance Recommendation: This tour includes basic "liability insurance" but does not include personal travel accident insurance. Travelers are advised to purchase overseas medical insurance for comprehensive coverage.>>Mid-trip Departure: Travelers departing mid-trip due to personal reasons must sign a "Departure Agreement." The traveler assumes all safety and legal responsibilities after departure, and no refunds will be issued for remaining fees.>>Legal Jurisdiction: This service is governed by Japanese law. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree that the "Fukuoka District Court of Japan" shall be the exclusive court of first instance with agreed jurisdiction.
