[Poon Choi Early Bird 2026] Kam Kong Restaurant Poon Choi

This delivery was brought to the door by SF Express. The Poon Choi (Big Bowl Feast) is frozen and comes with two packets of sauce. Simply reheat it. Apart from the radish being a bit old, the rest of the food tastes alright.

There's a wide variety of food. The menu didn't mention pork skin, but it was a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed the meal and there was plenty of food. There was a little bit leftover for 12 people. It came with 3 sauces, which I used all of, but they were a little salty. Adding water fixed that though. It wasn't the kind of food that makes you thirsty afterward. I think it was fermented bean curd sauce. The food tasted good and had a traditional flavor! Unfortunately, I was too busy eating and forgot to take pictures!

The broth is flavorful, the pig skin is delicious, but the pork is very fatty.

KLOOK's website has major issues; what's the point of the AI customer service; the response is "learning" and unable to [do something]; I kept repeating the question; the result was just suggesting that users contact the supplier themselves; As for the supplier, they appear helpful on the surface but in reality there is a big difference; the document has been updated, but there is no record of the change in transportation; I expressed that it had been changed; But the delivery time on the day was completely wrong; First time using KLOOK experience and service (customer service) and it's completely unsatisfactory!
