What to expect
7:30 AM sharp departure from JR Ueno Station Park Exit Plaza by bus to Iwahara Ski Resort in Niigata Prefecture. 10:30 AM Assistance with ski equipment rental upon arrival at the ski resort (depending on the selected plan). 10:30 AM-3:30 PM Free skiing time, enjoy the ski resort to the fullest: Beginners can choose the gentle slope practice area. Intermediate skiers can challenge diverse slopes. Experts can enjoy the ultimate gliding experience brought by high-quality powder snow. Restaurants are available in the ski resort for dining and rest at your leisure. 4:00 PM Sharp meeting time to return by bus. Around 7:00 PM arrival at JR Ueno Station Park Exit Plaza, concluding the enjoyable ski trip!

The Yoyo guide and driver were both great, able to communicate in Chinese and answer all questions... A great ski resort with very beautiful scenery... There are also a few restaurants that are cost-effective and not expensive... For my first time skiing, I chose this ski resort... A great experience.
Our guide, David, was very knowledgeable of everything in the itinerary and spoke Japanese, English, and Chinese. The resort itself is catered more towards beginners such as myself, so if you consider yourself intermediate or higher you might find yourself bored. Also keep in mind the ski lift ticket is only one singular ticket, not a day pass. Other than, great trip overall!
The guide was very good. However, I booked a package that included an instructor, but Klook canceled it, which ruined my ski trip plans. The cancellation occurred without any attempt to resolve the issue or find a replacement instructor, only notification of a refund that would take 7 days to process. Overall, I think it was okay.
The guide was great and gave good recommendations. We had plenty of time to sit and watch the snow.
Tour guide Evita is super punctual and really nice. We had a super fun trip with her!
Tour guide Xiao Liu led the team with great care. Xiao Liu's humor made everyone on the bus laugh and have a great time. I also appreciate Xiao Liu for helping me find an excellent ski instructor, which allowed me to learn how to ski safely. Highly recommended for the excellent quality and sincerity.

the information displayed on the tour is very misleading, it does not explicitly imply if the lift ticket is for 1 time only or a day pass (unlimited) rides at a specific time.

- Ski equipment does not include gloves, helmets, and goggles.
- [Regarding license plate guide information] The supplier will inform you of the meeting place, time, guide, and license plate information of the trip by email before 21:00 Japan time the day before departure. If you do not receive the email, please check your junk mail folder first. If you do not receive it, please contact the supplier in time. In the event that you receive multiple emails, the latest received email shall prevail.
- [About baggage privileges] Each person can bring one piece of luggage for free, and the extra part can be paid to the driver on the spot for 2,000 yen/piece. Please be sure to note this when placing your order. If you do not inform us in advance, the driver has the right to refuse you to board the bus, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
- [About driver and guide service] Driver and guide service: exquisite small group of 4-13 people; driver + guide service: bus tour of 14-45 people, the actual adjustment will be made according to the number of people in the group on the day.
- [About Force Majeure] Depending on the traffic conditions, weather, festivals, and crowds on the day, the arrival time of each trip may change. In the event of the aforementioned or other force majeure factors, the tour guide has the right to adjust and reduce the trip on the spot, and no refunds can be requested for this reason.
- [About late refunds] Because the day tour is a carpool service, if you are late at the meeting place or attraction, the supplier will not wait and will not provide a refund.
- [About the model] Reference models: 5-8 seater car: Toyota Alphard; 9-14 seater car: Toyota HAICE same level; 18-22 seater car: small bus; 22 seater car and above: large bus. The above vehicles are for reference only, and the actual adjustment will be made according to the number of people in the group on the day.
- [About the end time] As the journey is long, the return arrival time may be affected by traffic or weather. It is recommended that you avoid making arrangements on the day the trip ends.
- [About the meeting place] Please be sure to confirm the meeting place before departure. Once the meeting place is confirmed, please do not change it temporarily. If you are unable to board the bus due to a change of meeting place for personal reasons, no refund will be given.
