Other Reminders

  • Please ensure your contact information is accessible. After a successful booking, your trip butler will contact you via email within 2 hours. If you do not receive an email, you can contact your trip butler using the supplier's email address provided on your confirmation slip.
  • For safety reasons: seniors aged 70 (inclusive) and above must be accompanied by at least one relative or friend aged 18-69; those over 65 years old need to have a "Group Tour Exemption Agreement" jointly signed by immediate family members; this product does not accept bookings from pregnant women, please understand.
  • All scenic spots require original ID cards, passports, or Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan travel permits for entry. Please be sure to bring the identification document you used when placing your order. If you are unable to enter the scenic spot due to forgetting to bring relevant documents or incorrect documents, please bear the additional costs incurred.
  • Local weather: The average temperature in Xi'an and surrounding areas is 15-25℃ (59-77℉) in spring and autumn, 25-35℃ (77-95℉) in summer, and -5-10℃ (23-50℉) in winter (with large temperature differences between day and night). Please pay attention to the weather forecast before traveling. The average humidity throughout the year is 40-60% (relatively dry), so drink plenty of water during your trip.
  • Because Mount Hua Scenic Area is a mountainous region, the climate is changeable, with large temperature differences between day and night. It is prone to encountering weather conditions such as wind, rain, clouds, and fog, which may temporarily affect tour routes and itinerary arrangements. Please prepare clothing in advance for your trip and pay attention to safety. If the itinerary is affected by irresistible factors, the travel agency will assist tourists in resolving the issue but will not bear the resulting losses.
  • Dietary Restrictions: Xi'an is a gathering area for ethnic minorities in the Northwest, with a majority of Muslims who adhere to Islam. They all follow Halal dietary laws (primarily prohibiting pork). Tourists are advised to be mindful of their words and actions in Muslim areas, respect the religious beliefs of ethnic minorities, and avoid unnecessary troubles and misunderstandings. Additionally, while sampling local delicacies and snacks is undoubtedly a "food culture" experience, please avoid overeating and extravagance.
  • The itinerary does not include meals; you can ask the driver for recommendations or prepare your own meals in advance.
  • Free time: The areas along the itinerary are mostly densely populated tourist areas with high traffic and complex personnel. If tourists want to go out during their free time or after the day's itinerary, they must travel in groups and ask for a hotel business card and the tour guide's phone number. Please carefully assess the risks such as possible expenses, property, and personal safety during the outing, as the travel agency cannot be held responsible!
  • In case of holidays or unexpected traffic jams, the end time of the itinerary may be delayed. As the itinerary ends late on the same day, it is recommended that you do not book trains or flights for the same day, so as not to delay your travel plans.
  • This itinerary requires a lot of walking and climbing stairs. Please ensure your physical condition allows for it. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes, and please be mindful of safety during the trip.
  • Cultural and creative stores, souvenir shops, and small convenience stores may be available within the scenic area, at the scenic area exit, and at rest stops and restaurants along the way. Please make your choices voluntarily and purchase with caution. When purchasing goods, you should request purchase invoices and relevant certificates, and keep them properly. If you shop in these places, it is entirely a personal act and has nothing to do with the travel agency.
  • The sightseeing times, as well as the meeting and dismissal times during the itinerary, are for reference only and may be adjusted based on the traffic/crowd conditions on the day. Please refer to the actual notification. Our agency reserves the right to adjust the sequence of the itinerary, but the content of the tour will not be reduced. If the itinerary is affected by irresistible factors, the travel agency will assist tourists in resolving the issue but will not bear the resulting losses. Any additional expenses incurred due to this will be borne by the tourists themselves.

Review for: Xi'an Terracotta Warriors & Mount Huashan Private Tour

Tour was well organized, no issues with communication and pick-ups. We were only in Xi'an for 2 days and really wanted to see both 华山 and the terracotta warriors. I'm sure it can be done for much cheaper on your own, but to cover both locations in one day, you'd need to plan it perfectly and not miss a single connection. If you don't have time to plan it all out exactly, this tour is perfect. Just let them handle it and travel worry-free. Tour includes a private driver for the day, partial fees at the mountain (cable cars and return bus down the mountain are not included), and a tour guide at the terracotta warriors (who was also great!).

Everything worked out perfectly. Our request was a bit special since we had to catch a plane in the evening but the stuff organized everything very well so that we got through our itinary and still had nu hurry on the airport. Big thumbs up to our driver, he was very reliable and also prebooked cable car tickets for us so that we save time. Guide at Terracotta warriors was also nice and gave us a lot of background information. Definetely can recommend this.

Review for: Private tour

The day trip experience was exceptionally good! Early departure to Huashan, cable car up and down the mountain, easily seeing all the beautiful scenery, with absolutely no physical exertion. In the afternoon, exploring the Terracotta Army and feeling the historical impact, the itinerary was perfectly arranged, hitting two of Xi'an's must-see attractions in one day. Highly recommended!

A commando-style power walk for a day, an immersive experience of history at the Terracotta Army, and a view of natural scenery at Mount Hua, satisfying my desire to experience two attractions within a limited time.

History and nature are both maxed out: see the Terracotta Army's millennia-old formations, and take a cable car up Mount Hua to admire the stunning peaks. A day trip is compact but not rushed.

The driver was very kind and offered many helpful suggestions. Due to a twisted ankle during the Mount Hua trip, I had to cancel the subsequent Terracotta Army visit. However, the driver and tour guide specially arranged for ticket changes, rescheduling the tickets for the next day, which allowed the Xi'an trip to be completed satisfactorily. The arrangement was very considerate and humane, a big thumbs up!

Hello hello random words very good

Review for: Private tour

This was a product I found after realizing it was impossible to visit everything I wanted to due to my schedule. I couldn't give up seeing the volcano, the Terracotta Army, or the Mausoleum of the First Qin Emperor, so I chose this product giving up on Korean even though I don't speak Chinese. However, from morning on, instead of snow, it was just rain, and instead of a proper meal, I ended up hiking for 6 hours. I didn't set a course, but it was automatically set to the Seosangbukha course, but since I was told to arrive by 12:30, I didn't get to eat and just walked, and I only met the driver around 2 pm. I was told I couldn't go to the Terracotta Army and to go tomorrow... I said it was impossible because I was returning home tomorrow, but I barely managed to get there and see it, but because there wasn't enough time, I only managed to see the Terracotta Army A Hall? and couldn't buy any souvenirs, and couldn't see the Mausoleum of the First Qin Emperor before returning. It's good that I traveled comfortably because it was the off-season and there were fewer tourists... But I gave up Huaqing Palace to choose this product, and I'm really disappointed. The car with the cigarette smell was also hard on non-smokers, and I asked to raise the temperature because I was cold in my wet clothes from hiking in the rain, but they lowered the temperature in the middle because they were hot... I'm especially upset that I couldn't see the Mausoleum of the First Qin Emperor. It's really upsetting. The person who explained the Terracotta Army at the Terracotta Army Pit was very, very kind. Thank you for trying to show me as much as possible even with the limited time.
