Xi'an Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum Ticket

The Terracotta Army was absolutely incredible, just as expected! Rich in history, the site tells the fascinating story of Qin Shi Huang, the First Emperor who unified China. It is truly worth visiting. I booked the entrance ticket separately and paid for taxis to and from the site, which I think worked out more expensive than a package including round-trip transportation. Tip: just after entering, there’s a shuttle on the left that takes you towards the pits for only 5 yuan, saving around 15 minutes of walking. I visited during the holiday season, so queues were long and the site was very busy. Visiting outside peak holidays would probably make the experience smoother. The exit leads through an area full of food and souvenir vendors. Overall, an amazing experience and one of the world’s greatest historical treasures!

What a wonderful tour. It was like stepping back in time visiting the Terracotta Warriors Museum. I learned more about the history of Emperor Qin Shi Huang, who ordered the creation of a massive tomb with thousands of warriors to protect him in the afterlife. It was impactful to see the clay sculptures up close, each with unique details and different expressions. And even more impressive to learn that the emperor was so obsessed with immortality that he even consumed mercury, believing he would live forever. A place full of history, mystery, and grandeur. I truly won't forget this day 😊

should be the 8th wonder of the world. no matter what time or day u go, the season, the crowd will always be packed because this is a very famous place. both locals n international tourists come to visit. be sure to bring an umbrella or raincoat because u need it to go from one building to another when it rains. There is a halal restaurant nearby called Prosperity and Fortune Restaurant. Can use Amap for walking directions. i travelled to this museum from Zhonglou Station to Huaqingchi Station. at Huaqingchi Station, take exit C n u will see bus 613 at the bus station. I took the bus n it went straight to an area near the museum. i still have to walk a few mins to reach the museum. i suggest from Huaqingchi Station, u just take DiDi directly to the entrance of the museum.

Brilliant tour, my guide Mary was so knowledgeable and tailored the tour you my preference as a solo traveller and the others did not show up. We avoided most of the queues, moving through each area with ease and always had clear photo opportunities. I also did the VR experience afterwards which was another great perspective.

Good to pre-book online here to ensure availability during the peak travel season. Actual ticket sold there is 120 yuan which is cheaper. Just use your passport to scan at the entrance gantry. No need to convert to actual tickets as they are now going paperless. The Terracotta Army is a must see when visiting Xian. Instead of using the MRT, I booked a round trip private bus transfer to the site with guide and free lunch. This is available at travel kiosks located at various Xian subways costing 49 Yuan. Enjoyed the whole trip which took about 4 hours and 6 hours if you book the guided transfers & lunch.

I bought a ticket for the earliest time. I arrived at the opening and scanned my passport at the entrance, entered the territory without problems. All three pavilions of terracotta accept this grandiose spectacle. I took additional services of a guide on the spot and more than two hours passed unnoticed, it was very interesting.

Getting the ticket from Klook is so convenient. Entry to the place with passport is easy too. The place is crowded but organised. Must visit if you are visiting Xian. Highly recommended to get tickets days before the visit via platform like Klook, because the number of ticket per day is controlled and limited.

We went solo and the experience was nice but a little crowded. We booked the admission only option amd hired a guide spontaneously. One problem was, that the ticket only worked for one of us, despite correct info. So, we had to rebook one ticket on the spot. Luckily, with some customer-support on Klook, we mamaged to get a refund for the faulty ticket. To get this, you need to take a picture of the ticket you bought on spot. Then, it takes a few days to get the momey back. Other than that, it was a very pleasant experience

It was a really eye opening and educational trip to the Terracotta. It was amazing to be able to view the Figurines Up close and freely at the time when it's low season in early November we went. The entrance ticket e bought thru KLOOK was very easy to use. Just scan the QR code given sent to your email at venue entrance gate, free u go swiftly without any problem. And the earlier you by online the better as sometimes they have limit on number of ppl visiting when it's peak season....!
