Usage reminder
- This particular service is only provided for Japan
- You must book at least 1 hour in advance before pick up time
- WiFi devices are generally available. In the rare event that it has been booked out, you will be notified at least 1 day in advance by email
- There is a minimum 5 day charge. If you use more days than you originally booked, you will be charged at the original retail price for the extra days when you return the device
- You will be charged for the days that you are in possession of the WiFi device, whether or not you are using the service

Bought it on Klook 2 days before departure. Because the flight is at 8:20 in the morning and I need to pick it up at 6:00 in the morning, the counter is not open yet, so I have to notify WiFi bb in advance and be ready to pick it up at the counter. I turn on the phone at around 8 o'clock in the morning every day, and there is still about half of the battery left at around 10 o'clock in the evening, which is enough for a day's use. This time I went to Hokkaido and drove to: Otaru, Niseko, Lake Toya, Noboribetsu, Hakodate. The reception was good, but when I went to Noboribetsu and walked through the mountainous area, I could not receive the network. This time I bought a sim card and a WiFi egg at the same time. If you are driving, the WiFi egg is more convenient. You can connect your iPad and mobile phone at the same time to find the route without worrying about not having enough GB.
I rented a WiFi Egg from this company a long time ago. The rental service was great this time because they switched to the lightweight WiFi Egg. They say it can connect up to 5 devices in total. The only drawback is that you must pay a deposit of HK$1,000 using a credit card. They do not accept cash as deposit. However, my HK$1,000 deposit will be refunded to me via my credit card within 30 days. Internet connections are fast in urban areas of Japan, but reception is slower in suburban areas. A day's difference in battery power is sufficient for one day's use, and you don't need to charge more until you arrive at the hotel.
It's very convenient to pick up the unit at the airport counter and reception is very good even at remote areas like high up on the mountains such as Koyasan and Mt. Hiei. The unit easily support 4 mobile phones. It is a good bargain.
It is very easy to get the pocket wifi at the airport counter and the lady at the counter was very helpful to show how to operate the unit. The reception was very good even in remote area and the battery was sufficient toast all day's activities. Excellent!

I have used it many times and it is as easy to use as ever. I rented an unlimited Wi-Fi egg and used it all the time. Except for some places in the suburbs where the reception was not available, it was also very smooth in the city.
The staff are polite, very convenient, and the battery is enough for one day! Basically, there is no disconnection in Kumamoto, but the reception at Aso Volcano is poor!
