🔄 Itinerary Arrangement

This tour is a shared ride with fixed departures. The order of the itinerary and the duration of stops will be flexibly adjusted based on the weather, road conditions, and other actual conditions on the day. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

🌸 Flower Viewing Spot Arrangement

From 2025/04/20 to 2025/10/31: 　We will arrange a visit to 【Shikisai-no-oka】(including admission ticket) every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday. 　We will arrange a visit to 【Farm Tomita】 every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. ※ The flowering period is only a prediction, and the actual flowering situation varies depending on the climate. We are unable to provide refunds if flower conditions do not match the pictures due to weather or other uncontrollable factors. Thank you for your understanding.

🧒 Regulations for Children and Senior Participants

Children under 3 years old can participate for free (without occupying a seat, please note when registering). If you do not inform us in advance, and there are not enough seats available on the day, you will not be able to board the bus, and no refund will be given. Children aged 3 and above please purchase an adult ticket. Seniors over 70 years old need to ensure they are in good health and need to be accompanied by a family member. Those under the age of 18 cannot register alone and must be accompanied by at least one adult traveler throughout the trip.

🎒 What to Bring and Meeting Instructions

Each person can bring 1 piece of luggage free of charge, regardless of size (please note in advance). Please report to the designated meeting point on time. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or failure to participate in the trip due to personal reasons.

If you leave the group without permission during the trip, it will be regarded as a voluntary abandonment, no refund will be given, and you will be responsible for the relevant risks and responsibilities. This trip is not suitable for pregnant women and people with special conditions such as heart disease and high blood pressure.
