- The vehicle provides bottled water, umbrellas, tissues, and vomit bags.
- Customer service will contact tourists at 9:30 PM the day before the event to confirm details.
- Children under the age of four are required to use child safety seats. Please indicate the number of safety seats needed on the payment page (NT$300/seat, to be paid in cash on the day of use).
- Each passenger is limited to one suitcase under 28".
- Please note that this trip departs from Taichung city and ends at Taipei Main Station. There will be no return trip to Taichung, so please be aware of this if you plan to participate.
- If non-Mandarin speaking groups have fewer than four people, they will be combined into the Mandarin service group. Customer service will notify passengers one day before departure and refund the difference in price between the product language groups in NTD cash on the day of departure. Please pay special attention before registering, and be sure to agree before making a reservation.
Prohibitions & Limitations
- Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given

- Please be mindful not to feed the marine / wild animals or engage in any activity that may damage the ecosystem

Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- No refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Some of the activities are cancelled
Booking changes policy
- Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
- The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
- The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
- Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
