• We will contact guests via email before 18:00 on the day before departure to provide information about the guide and vehicle for the next day. Please check promptly. During peak seasons, there may be delays. If you do not receive the information, please check your email for notifications.
• Due to Japanese law, vehicle usage time must not exceed 10 hours. The guide will adjust or shorten the itinerary based on the actual travel situation on the day. Please be aware of this.
• Please be aware: As this is a shared tour, there may be guests speaking other languages traveling with you in the same vehicle. We appreciate your understanding.
• To ensure your smooth travel, please confirm the meeting point. Once confirmed, please avoid making last-minute changes. If you are unable to board due to a personal change of meeting point, no refund will be issued. We appreciate your understanding.
• We will do our best to accommodate seating requests, but as this is a shared car tour, seat allocation primarily follows a first-come, first-served principle. If you have special requirements, please inform us in the remarks, and we will do our best to arrange suitable seating for you. The final arrangement will be subject to the guide's coordination on the day. We hope for your understanding and tolerance, and thank you for your consideration.
• In case of severe weather or other force majeure factors, the park may, without prior notice, delay or change the operating hours of rides or show times, or even cancel some rides and performances.
• This product may be adjusted due to factors such as weather. For your safety, staff have the right to ask guests to stop outdoor activities and will communicate with you to make alternative arrangements, subject to the actual situation on the day.
• The transportation, sightseeing, and stopover times involved in the itinerary are subject to the actual situation on the day. In case of special circumstances (such as traffic jams, weather conditions, etc.), the guide may, based on actual conditions and with the consent of guests, reasonably adjust the order of attractions or reduce the number of attractions in the itinerary.
• We will arrange different vehicle types based on the actual number of travelers. Specific vehicle types cannot be designated.
• During group tours, early departure or leaving the group midway is not allowed. If you choose to leave the group midway, the uncompleted portion will be considered as voluntarily forfeited, and no refund will be given. Travelers are solely responsible for any accidents that may occur after leaving or separating from the group. We appreciate your understanding.
• Seasonal activities (such as cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, special flower seasons, illuminations, fireworks festivals, snow viewing, hot spring seasons, festive events, etc.) are highly affected by climate, weather, or other force majeure factors, and specific arrangements may be adjusted. If the flowering period or special activities do not meet expectations, no refund will be given. Please be aware of this.
