• 【About License Plate and Guide Information】We will inform you of the meeting time, guide, and license plate information for the next day's itinerary via email before 21:00 Japan time on the day before your departure. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder first. If it's not there, please contact us promptly! If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest one.
• [About Luggage Privilege] Each person can carry one piece of luggage free of charge. For any excess luggage, an additional 2000 JPY per piece can be paid to the driver/guide on site. Please be sure to make a note when placing your order. If not informed in advance, the driver/guide has the right to refuse your boarding, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
• 【About Driver-Guide Service】Driver-guide service: 4-13 people for a small group; Driver + Guide service: 14-45 people for a bus group. The actual arrangement will be adjusted according to the number of participants on the day of departure. Driver-guides primarily focus on driving, with commentary as a secondary role.
• 【Regarding Force Majeure】Due to traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowd impact on the day, the arrival time of each itinerary may change. In the event of the aforementioned or other force majeure factors, the tour guide has the right to adjust and reduce the itinerary on site. We ask for your understanding, and this cannot be used as a reason to request a refund.
• 【About Late Refunds】As the one-day tour is a carpooling service, if you are late at the meeting point or attraction, we will not wait and no refund will be given. Please be aware.
• 【About Vehicle Models】Reference models: 5-8 seater vehicles: Toyota Alphard; 9-14 seater vehicles: Toyota HAICE or similar; 18-22 seater vehicles: small bus; 22+ seater vehicles: large bus. The above vehicles are for reference only, and the actual vehicle will be adjusted according to the number of people in the group on the day of departure.
• [Regarding End Time] Due to the long travel distance, the return arrival time may be affected by traffic or weather. It is recommended that you avoid arranging other activities on the day the trip ends. If any losses are incurred due to delays, the supplier will not be liable for compensation.

Prohibitions & Limitations

• The activity is not recommended: high blood pressure / epilepsy / heart disease / asthma / other serious medical conditions / pregnant women / PWDs (persons with disabilities)
• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
• The following items are prohibited: firearms / weapons of any kind / illegal substances / flammable items

Vehicle & luggage info

• The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

• You'll get confirmation within minutes. If you don't see any confirmation, reach out to our customer support.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Eligibility

• Free for children aged 0-2 as long as they will not occupy separate seats
• Children aged 0-17 must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Children aged 3+ will be charged the same rate as adults
