  • Important: Please confirm if you make booking for same day booking, you must book 3 hours before the treatment time
  • If you are staying at hotel, please confirm with your hotel if the private massage therapists are allowed to enter prior to booking this voucher
  • Please inform the hotel receptionist that you have an appointment with the therapist at the specified date and time. No refunds will be issued if the therapists arrive late or are not allowed to enter the hotel due to not complying with booking guidelines

I booked a 2-hour massage at Max Spa Batam through Klook, but the experience was extremely disappointing. Firstly, the session was supposed to start at 3:30pm, but only 2 masseus showed up and the operator asked if the 2nd massues can start massaging the 3rd customer after she finished the first one which delayed our plans for later. Secondly, we paid for a 2-hour treatment, but only received about 1.5 hours. We were clearly shortchanged. The therapist was also unprofessional using her phone while working, and the massage itself was not relaxing at all. It felt rushed and poorly done. Overall, this was not worth the money or time. Very poor service and misleading booking experience. I would not recommend booking this spa, especially through Klook.
