- Please ensure that your shoulders and knees are covered
- An identity document is required as a security deposit to rent the audioguide, available at the Groups Ticket Office on the right side of the Cathedral
- Audioguide pick-up times are from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 16:00; Sunday, 12:30 to 16:00. Please return the audioguide to the Groups Ticket Office by 18:00
- Strollers, umbrellas, metal or glass objects, large bags, and luggage are not allowed

- The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)
