very good experience, chef teacher is very friendly and patience with a translator. we learned the basic steps of how to make sushi with different types. if they open another cooking class like tempura, ramen or jaoanese rice cakes class will definitely join again.
Superb experience with Chef Ono! We made different styles of sushi and learned the reasoning behind each shape. Chef Ono speaks English and took the time to explain the various methods to us step-by-step. He answered all of our questions. He remained very cheerful and enthusiastic throughout our activity. We then enjoyed the sushi accompanied by seasonal Tempura, Miso soup, and delicious green tea. I recommend this experience to learn more and impress your loved ones with homemade sushi!
Best sushi class in Tokyo ❤️ The teacher is super nice and friendly! Bonus points for the photographer! also the food was delicious! They also made us tempura and a miso soup! We finished beautifully with a green tea! The little Japanese garden in front of the room is very peaceful too.
Our whole experience was superb. Highly recommend!
