first time using this and it’s fantastic! from the moment you walk off the plane, there is a buggy waiting for you with a guide and driver. this is a super express way to cut through queues and direct to immigration. good value as this is for a couple of us too.

On the morning of the departure day, John, the staff member who took us through customs, contacted us via message and arranged to meet at China Airlines check-in counter J5. Fortunately, we had already checked in online, and the only thing left was to check in the luggage, so we didn’t have to wait in line for a long time 😅 After checking in Follow John to the special lane to pass through customs, take photos and leave fingerprints on your index fingers, then go directly to G1 gate, take the elevator down to the ground floor, and take a luxury van directly to Terminal C. You will first go to a cafe John said that only first class, business class and fast-track passengers can come here. After drinking coffee, I went upstairs and walked out through the special lane, and arrived at the central roundabout of Terminal C. Very fast and convenient!

The exchange location was easy to find, and I was able to receive it smoothly. However, the regular immigration lanes were not that crowded, so I honestly don't think I needed to buy it. It's a service that's well worth using during busy times.

Value for money, you will see a dedicated person waiting for you as soon as you get off the plane, get on the golf course, go through a special passage to the outside of the airport, then get in a luxury seven-passenger car to the immigration building, go up the elevator to the customs, and the specialist will be with you throughout the whole process to help you with your luggage. Out of the country within 10 minutes.

I was worried about the lack of transfer time, so I bought express customs clearance. The airport pick-up staff at the air bridge drove a golf cart to pick me up. Plus, I skipped the queue to go through customs. I should have saved at least 40 minutes of waiting time and successfully caught my connecting flight.

This time I purchased the Aero Fast track service. When I arrived, I walked out of the air bridge and there were staff waiting with famous signs. We were immediately guided onto the golf cart and headed to the business passenger passage. At the gate, we transferred to the exclusive fast track shuttle bus to the main terminal. We were then guided to the passport inspection fast lane by the same staff. Since we did not carry checked luggage on this trip, the staff Accompany us out of the control area, complete all immigration procedures, and guide us in the direction of the Airport Express before leaving. One ticket can be used by up to three people together, which is very suitable for travelers who are in a hurry and don’t want to wait in long queues to enter the country! It took almost an hour and a half to complete immigration last time without purchasing express customs clearance. This time it only took 20 minutes, which was very impressive!

I really like this services especially for elderly people. You get to skip long queue in Immigration and Customs. They will also assist you with buggy going to skylounge and pick you up to bring you to your gate. Staff are all nice and helpful. I will surely get this services when I go to KUL again.

It was great! Didn’t waste time getting lost at the airport. Was greeted at the gate, escorted through the satellite building to a waiting vehicle to the main building and expedited through immigration and escorted all the way to our next transport. Recommend!
