hotel location too far from anywhere. no nearby malls or any attractions. Breakfast that came with the room was quite extensive in n variety and good. water pressure was not so good and lots of noise when trying to sleep at night. hard to get a good night’s rest. one outstanding staff was the duty manager Mr Yoga who was wonderful in his service when there was an issue with the room lock jamming. kudos and thanks to him for satisfactorily resolving the issue. staff were all wonderful in performing their respective service. personally i wouldn’t stay here again as this hotel does not fulfill my expectations ie close to shops and eateries.

Great place to stay, and my kids absolutely loved it! I booked the King Size Bedroom, but keep in mind that this room layout cannot fit an extra bed. If you’re traveling with children and want a peaceful night's sleep, I’d recommend checking with hotel management beforehand to book a larger room. Storage space is also a bit limited in this room, as there is no wardrobe or cabinet for clothes. Other than that, everything was wonderful! The food and room service were great, and the swimming pool is large and well-maintained. We loved that you can order food from the nearby restaurant and enjoy it poolside—my kids had a blast. Thank you to the team for a great stay!

Great location with shuttle available to KLGCC mall. Facility wise, gym, indoor playground and water play are fun, but it tends to be pretty crowded on kids holiday.
