Element Hotel KL isn’t just a place to stay, it is an experience that blends luxury with heart, starting with their warm hospitality that went above and beyond allowing us a generous late checkout till 2.30pm without a fuss. The housekeeping team was absolutely amazing, super responsive and always on point with any request we had. The hotel’s sky high views and sleek modern rooms are matched by their strict no smoking policy which keeps the entrance carpark and common areas clean fresh and family friendly. It is the kind of place where you feel genuinely cared for like a five star stay with a soul.

Location was nearby klcc, only downside was facilities which is nothing much and pool need to prebook by hour due to Covid restrictions at that time. So ended up didn’t get to use cause only 1 night stay, however, hotel said klook was suppose to send us information on this and on parking but we didn’t receive any so we ended up paying for parking as well!
