We booked Atelier delle Grazie as we had a comfortable stay in October 2024. Our stay this time was not as comfortable as we were given such a small room ( we had a bigger room in 2024 considering that we booked a superior room both times). The air conditioning wasn’t cool enough. We expressed our concern to Ahmed but he said the hotel was fully booked and he can’t do anything. He also said that the air conditioning is due for maintenance soon. We were disappointed in the size of the room this time. It was challenging to Move around the room and there’s not enough room for the luggages. The location is great though.

This is a great place to stay! The staff is extremely helpful. They are very accommodating. They help us with ordering taxis and train tickets or anything else you might you may need. The room was very clean and cleaned daily. The BEST AC in the city. We can’t recommend this place enough!

The hotel is only 10 min to the Duomo, 3 min to the Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi Galleries, the room is beautiful, bathroom is big and the ceiling is beautiful. Bed is comfortable and the location is quiet!..
