A Hidden Gem in Kyoto – HOMM Nagi Kyoto Shijo Our overnight stay at HOMM Nagi Kyoto Shijo was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we stepped in, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and subtle touches that made the experience feel truly special. The room was surprisingly spacious for a central Kyoto hotel, blending modern comfort with a sense of calm, minimalist elegance. The bed was incredibly plush—easily one of the most luxurious I’ve slept on, making for a deeply restful night. The amenities were top-notch, well thought out, and of excellent quality. The staff were friendly, helpful, and impressively knowledgeable about the area, offering great tips for dining and exploring nearby. What made the stay even more memorable were the small, personal touches—a beautifully folded origami piece and a handwritten note that added such warmth and care. It’s these details that elevate a hotel experience into something genuinely heartfelt.
