We booked the room to listen for 2 days 1 night for our anniversary. Room was clean, bed comfortable and the shower and bathtub were pleasant. They provide you with Aesop toiletries. Minor hiccup with the WiFi and connecting the TV to Netflix, which in the end was unsuccessful. Slightly annoying but not a big issue for us, gave us some time to detach from technology and spend more time with each other. Our hotel room was facing the main road with some building construction going on and sound proof wasn't that well, so we do hear some construction work during the night, but not enough to disturb our sleep so that was fine. Staffs were all friendly and helpful, which we we appreciate a lot. They serve ala carte breakfast which was delicious too. Entrance to enter the carpark is a little narrow and obscured. Overall a nice and cozy hotel to stay.

We celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary at KLoé Hotel, and it was truly memorable. The staff were warm, attentive, and made our stay so comfortable. We stayed in the Room to Listen and loved playing vinyl records while enjoying the calm, creative atmosphere. The hotel is beautifully designed, peaceful, and full of charm. Big thanks to the KLoé team — we left with full hearts and look forward to staying again on our next trip to KL! 💛
