Very good. This is a cheap hotel but it is way better than the other hotel we rented in Hanoi. The room is bigger and ac is working well. The curtains have stains tho and the elevator is too tight and no breakfast and microwave to hear your outside food. But that's my only complaint. we love our stay here overall. The staff is helpful. Also, it's just few steps to the famous Pho10 and Ban Mi Mama. Walking distance to St. Joseph's cathedral, Ho Kiem Lake and other tourist spot.

super Big bed! nice t&b with heater. clean linens and soft pillows. acu is cool. location near to everything! staffs are nice and have elevator too! also have luggage storage when needed to stroll the city upon check out.

Had a great stay at Blue Hanoi Hotel. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free, which made everything very convenient after a long day of travel. The room we booked was impressively spacious and very clean, making it easy to relax right away. It’s a bit of a shame we only stayed for one night because the place was genuinely comfortable. Would definitely book here again the next time we’re back in Vietnam
