Locate is quiet neighborhood innwalking distance from train and big convenient stores. Except that the space is a bit small, everything else is decent enough for us. We love the comforts, amenities and facilities provided during our stay there. Breakfast was delicious with variety of japanese dishes and some western options.

I booked 6 different hotels fir 2 weka stay in Japan S- Peria hotel in Kyoto is the best so far. Facility is good. Rooms are great and very clean. The Best is the buffet breakfast 10/10, very good food and also the complimentary drink all you can Matcha latte. I highly recommend this hotel.

a bit far from the tourist attractions and the street to walk going to the train station was so hot during the day time(summer) but the facilities are good! i love the automatic toilet that open and closes by the sensor. we were amazed!

Best hotel I’ve booked during my Osaka-Kyoto-Nara trip! The ambience was so nice, amazing service, good food, peaceful area, exquisite interior design, comfy bed, has full body mirror, +++ loved their bathtub & hair care essentials. They also have large publich bathrooms for relaxation & bathing (which we didn’t get to experience, but I hope you do!) FULLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!
