We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Fantastic staff, who were friendly and extremely helpful. Beds very comfortable and hotel extremely clean and lovely outside areas to enjoy the views! The island of Murano is charcterful and much quieter than Venice, with a range of restaurants and shops.

Everything was great. Rated the amenities 3 stars because I didn't use them a whole lot. The free glass tour was cool, and they always kept my room clean when I requested it.

Great place to stay. Murano Island is beautiful much quiet. Only downfall is everywhere closes at around 8pm at night.

Staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. The free buffet breakfast was good. The hotel is new, clean and elegant. The only downside was we did not get any housekeeping but overall very happy with our stay.

NH Collection Venezia Murano Villa was an amazing place to stay. The location is unique, beautiful, and peaceful, making it a wonderful place to experience Venice. The staff was exceptional—everyone was friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. A special thank you to Matteo, who helped us during check-in. He provided excellent recommendations, explained how to get around Venice, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The restaurant was also excellent, with great food and a wonderful dining experience. Combined with the outstanding service and beautiful property, it made our stay even more enjoyable. The overall experience exceeded our expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice. The outstanding service, beautiful location, excellent restaurant, and attentive staff made this a truly memorable stay.

The rooms were cleaned and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and courteous. The breakfast was good.Now the restaurant review.Nice set up and atmosphere but if you are really hungry I would recommend going to one of restaurants around Murano instead.

Stylish hotel tastefully decorated in a good location with a good restaurant. Breakfast is excellent. The terrace on our room was huge, we had morning coffee there and wine in the evening after dinner it was perfect. Staff are attentive and friendly and gave us some great information about the water buses and local restaurants. Would absolutely stay again.

The staff was nice and helpful. The room was spacious and clean with an added touch of wallpaper with a nice picture inside the shower. The room also had a terrace where you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee or wine.
