It was such a nice experience to stay at Grand Cititel Hanoi in French Quarter even though there are few reviews of the hotel we still booked it and didn't regret. They have complete amenities from clean rooms to gyms,spa,sky bar,jacuzzi, and unli buffet breakfast. The only thing that we did not expect is the hotel room not having bidet so you need to go to shower area to wash 😅I really recommend it. Watch Eunice Pascasio on youtube / Noturmija on tiktok to see more videos of the hotel :)) The staffs are very good in english and very accomodating will surely comeback

The hotel is nice and grand. Though it is not visible along the street, need to turn into an alley, the hotel room is clean and the decor is nice. The toilet design is unique as the sink is outside and the shower and toilet bowl are located in their own small cubicles.

highly recomended hotel..The receptionist staff is very helpful to the guests,anythinh we ask and need they help with good,with care..thank you..I forgot the name of the male receptionist staff who is very helpful to the guests..and the room is quite comfortable, clean, fragrant. The price is quite worth it..The hotel is like hidden gem, but close to the city center or old quarter.highly recommended👍👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The place was clean, facilities are good, beds were comfortable, shower had heaters, room was air conditioned, free WiFi. The only downside was the location. It was in an alley way. Kinda hard to drive in to and parking space was small. Other than that, good value.
