OMG, best hotel we’ve stayed in Japan so far. Very clean, decoration is perfect, there is free coffee and hot chocolate. Location is prime.

Love how close the hotel is to the Shijo subway station, much needed for my aching legs after a whole day of walking. Bath powder in the amenity kits were a lovely touch, would be good if more amenities can be provided similarly to Hotel Resol Kyoto Kawaramachi Sanjo I stayed at. Highlights were the DIY matcha kit in the room which was cool to try out, the Japanese tatami flooring, doors, windows shades and interior decor. It would be perfect if the room size is bigger as we struggled to open 2 big luggages in the room. Nonetheless would stay again!

Our stay was remarkable. So many amenities inside the room. Free coffee and ice. Very very clean. Staff are lovely. You can borrow umbrella as well and store your bags.
