Breakfast is at a restaurant close to the hotel (1 pastry + one coffee). Clean room Missing some basics like Tissues, cups, or body soap. They give shampoo only. Staff was very helpful and available through WhatsApp. A little bit hard to find the hotel as there's no sign and it is in the same building as other hotels/Hostels but they helped us via messages to find our way. AC was functioning very well. We got the yellow room which has the bathroom connecting through the check-in counter so is outside of the bedroom. Bed was comfortable and the location is very convenient as it is right at the train station.

Realicé una reserva y pagué para hospedarme en Station Accommodation, pero durante el proceso de check-in se me asignó una habitación en Rainbow Napoli, algo que nunca fue informado previamente. La habitación estaba en malas condiciones: la ducha estaba extremadamente sucia, con presencia de moho, las llaves del lavamanos y de la ducha estaban deterioradas y a punto de romperse, y el inodoro no funcionaba correctamente. Además, intenté comunicarme con el administrador por WhatsApp para reportar la situación, pero aunque leyó mis mensajes, nunca respondió. La falta de comunicación, las malas condiciones del alojamiento y el cambio de hospedaje sin previo aviso hicieron que la experiencia fuera muy decepcionante. No recibí el servicio ni el alojamiento que reservé y pagué.

Nice clean space. Breakfast was a nice option with typical croissant(cornetti) with coffee. (Could have had an option to pick the treat for breakfast but overall good.

This was the ideal 2 night stay for my Naples visit. I am a solo traveller, and I felt very safe here, on the top floor of the building. It is ideal for transport links, being just by the station. There are always lots of Polizia around the area, which is also very reassuring, if you arrive late at night, like myself. The apartment was very good value. It was spacious , and the bed is comfortable. The host is very attentive over WhatsApp, and the receptionist who provided breakfast tickets was very kind. You receive a ticket for a lovely coffee and pastry at their nearby cafe . This is the ideal stop if you are looking for something by the station (it’s over the road!), and if you want to explore all day and then come back to a good nights sleep . You can walk into Naples , via your breakfast cafe, and it gives you lots to see and do along the way, with the famous and best pizza in Naples on your way back to your apartment. A perfect city break. Thank you so much 🙏

The staff was nice overall but the hotel is a bit 🙂‍↕️but it’s because of my sensitivity it’s Naples after all sooo……

Perfect

total rip off, reserved a room with a balcony, when we got there, we were informed the room we had reserved was trashed by the people that were there prior, they offered us another room, smaller no balcony. Unacceptable… The manager called a hotel down the street went with us and our luggage and got a room there… He was very apologetic and said he would refund a room cost… Well guess what he never did when I called Hotels.com about getting a refund. They called the manager and he totally lied and said we refused the room… I paid for a room with a balcony and more space and they offered me one without a balcony and smaller space… Totally unacceptable.!

La ubicación es muy buena, a metros de la estación central. Podes ir caminando a los lugares turísticos más visitados. La atención de las personas que trabajan es muy buena, y muy atentos.

Clean room top floor super big comfy mattress and huge TV just around the corner of everything you need . Manager was very friendly as well . Definitely going back next time

The room was good value for money. However walking in the rain to a cafe for breakfast wasn’t ideal. Location was really great for reaching attractions and the train station.
