The place is simple, and clean. The staff are kind, and the breakfast was tasty. The front desk was very helpful and could speak well with foreign guests. They even allowed us to leave our baggage after checkout. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I recommend this accommodation.

We upgraded our room to a Deluxe, and it was definitely worth it! The hotel has a great location, and our room was perfect for our stay. The bed was very comfortable, the hot shower was great, and the air-conditioning was super cold—perfect after a long day exploring Hanoi. We also appreciated having a refrigerator in the room. We stayed on the 8th floor and enjoyed making our coffee every morning while watching the beautiful view. The breakfast was also great, with options like banh mi, pancakes, and pho. Most of all, the staff were very approachable, friendly, and helpful!

"I had a great stay at Hanoi Traveler House! The location in the Old Quarter is perfect, you’re right in the middle of everything. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the AC was nice and cold, which was a huge plus. The hotel is a bit older, but if you’re just looking for a solid place to sleep after exploring, it’s a fantastic choice!
