The hotel location is not convenient at all if you want to spend most times in the main island near San Marco area. About 1 h away from the hotel to San Marco Piazza. Public transportation (bus and water bus) is far away and very inconvenient from the airport. They charged 5 euros per luggage at the front desk, a show of greed.

Puedes poner algo así: Overall, it was an excellent stay. The hotel was very nice, clean, and the staff was friendly. The only issue I had was with the bed sheets. I accidentally stained the sheets, and although housekeeping cleaned the room twice and made the bed both times, the stained sheets were never changed. On the second day, I even removed the sheet completely from the mattress to make it clear that it needed to be replaced, but the same stained sheet was put back on the bed. Other than that, everything else was great and I enjoyed my stay.⭐⭐⭐⭐☆

Hotel decided to charge us extra fees per night on having an extra person stay in the room. When booking online on Expedia , the difference was 20 euros total . Total rip off.

Great staff, made check-in smooth and helped with questions about transportation to the inner city. With a 48h transport pass we were able to easily travel from the hotel to every location in venice we wanted to visit within an hour. Room was clean and breakfast was serviceable.
