Staff was exceptional. Only problem I encountered was during the wee hours of the morning around 2-3am. Got woken up due to loud knocking/some type of construction going on in the adjacent room/wall.

It was my first time to set foot in the soil of Vietnam, particularly in Hanoi and I was really thrilled that i've chosen Hanoi Diamond King Hotel. To be my humble abode during my 5D4N stay. The experienced was awesome, notable to mentioned is the warmth welcome smile of all the hotel staffs, especially Ms. Kim, she's so accomodating. The property is strategically located to in the midst of old quarter, where everything you need will only requires you a little time of brisk walk. The room is nice and clean, no smell of molds. Will definitely stay again at this property once I get back to Hanoi, a place I can call home 🙂

We stayed one night while passing through and it was a good place. Our room had no windows which was nice for sleeping and quiet. There was no breakfast at this time, but was still a nice place. A lot of things to do in the area.
