1.The room is available from 4 p.m. of the arrival day, and check-out is at 12 p.m. on the departure day. 2.According to TOBACCO HAZARDS PREVENTION ACT, the whole building is smoke free, including balcony, patio and roof. Erdong Manor reserves the right to charge violaters an additional fee NT$2,000 for cleaning. 3.Due to the security system, the front door, side door, every hallway and your room only can be passed through your key card. Please keep your key card secure or there would be a NT$200 charge for losing. 4.The visitors should leave at 11 p.m. to ensure safety and comfort of our guests during their stay. 5.Feel free to reach the front desk if there is any question while you are using any amenity. 6.The snack and beverage in mini bar are free of charge. 7.We provide a safety deposit box in each room for your convenience, Erdong Manor bears no responsibility for any damage or loss of your personal belongings. 8.Pets are not allowed to be brought into the Manor, Erdong Manor reserves the right to charge an additional fee NT$3,000 for cleaning. Please reach the front desk, we will provide the information of pet accommodation for you. 9.To be eco-friendly, please reduce using the disposable amenities as possible. The front desk still provides them if there is a requirement. 10.There is no bottle water in the guest room for being eco-friendly. Please use your glass bottle to refill. The water dispenser is by the stairs. You can also ask the sparkling water from the front desk. 10.Please have the food and fruit which would easily dye the white sheets or beddings very carefully. 11.The guest will be hold responsible for any loss or damage to manor property caused by themselves.
