excellent location, right beside KL Sentral station & Nu Sentral Mall. Access to mall restaurants & local coffee shops food all within walking distance. Hotel staffs are friendly! Though shower room ventilation fan was very noisy, overall this hotel is still value for money!

hotel location: Opposite NU Sentral mall/KL Sentral rapid rail transport access: easy access to mrt/lrt or even booking a grab breakfast: no bf buffet instead u need to take the voucher from the hotel reception and go to ABC shop outside the hotel to have ur breakfast. Guess this applied to most of the hotels around there. cleanliness: Big thanks to the service staff for the daily cleaning in our room and supplying the hotel toiletries everyday even though we don’t need it. service: Kudos to the receptionist guy for being attentive and helpful with my inquiries. Though I had a few issues with my staying in this hotel, it wasn’t too bad and was very pleasant for the staff to see my concerns. #1 is my Klook room type booking #2 is the service staff who needs some privacy issues. I think the service room staff should learn more about privacy of the guest. Without the recep guy help I think I would be more concerns about the safety and privacy issues. I still recommended this hotel.⭐️☺️

Clean rooms daily and replenish supplies. Good if you're on a budget. Located near NU Sentral, good access to good food and coffee. All staffs are very helpful and assisted us to have a relaxing experience

Perfectly adequate for our purposes for one night before our flight out, the next morning. Central and well placed for a bus to the airport. Lots of places to eat around the hotel. Very clean and tidy and plenty of hot water. We were a little unlucky to be on the same floor as some pretty noisy guests who kept us awake until the early hours but this wasn't the fault of the hotel.

All okay but the only cons i have noticed is the renovation noises.. And you can clearly hear the outside person who passed by. We can also hear the cry of a child on the other front room. AC is a bit noisy. Staffs are accomodating and all attentive to their guests. You can also leave your luggages at the lobby if the check out time is already over and your flight is on midnight.

What I love about this place is the location. NU Sentral Mall is just across and KL Sentral Station (MRT) is also nearby. The room is okay, with free bottled water and coffee. You can also leave your luggage upon check out when you still want to roam around the area. Very ideal for budget traveller like us.
