seamless transaction, just make sure to remind the receptionist that the 10rm tourism tax for non-malaysian is already covered by klook. was able to check-in earlier, loc of the hotel is really great, night market in front, walking distance to kl monorail, also near best food stalls. only issue i had is the cr where the bidet leaks and room smells like someone smoked inside, but overall experience was great, friendly staff and approachable. also unlike advertised, no slippers available, so please update klook ad. thanks!

The location is good. Alor Street is downstairs and it is very convenient to take the MRT. The room is very small and only suitable for sleeping. If you want to see the night view of Kuala Lumpur, this is not a good place

Small room but enough space to move around. Enough for its price. We had a problem on our last day since the whole building had no water. The hotel is located inside the Jalan Alor Night Market so when you go out at night, food choices are everywhere. If you are not picky, this hotel is okay

hotel is so nice clean aircon is good, the location is very near to places you want to go, the only problem is their concierge they havent seen my booking it takes 3hours before i checked in, hard to communicate because they cant speak english. i dont know if klook has a problem or the hotel system
