It was a good decision to choose you! I was amazed with the room. How clean was it and how the staff give their service. The hotel location is easy access too. Never had a hard time booking grab every time I leave.

The place is pretty good and big, it's not like other hotels around, they might have some old stuff and sometimes the showers might not have a heater, but the aircon is a bit old, but some rooms have been renovated recently, it's got a modern touch

very easy to book n was able to resched the date from nov 30 to nov 29 because the event was pushed to nov 29 ( reason national rally on the 30th).

Initially booked 2 single beds but since there was none available upon check-in, I was offered 1 double bed. Then I got upgraded to executive floor (18th floor), no charge at all, with a King sized bed and it was a pretty amazing room. Will be back there in New Year's eve 😊

We stayed in the Hop Inn Hotel Ermita for 2 nights and 3 days, and our experience was commendable. The room was neat and clean, and spacious. They have hot and cold shower and provided clean towels. There was also liquid shampoo and soap. But if yoyThey don't serve breakfast, but a 7-Eleven is located near the entrance, so it wasn't a significant issue. The hotel was also within walking distance of restaurants and Manila Bay. And its location is very accessible by taxi, GrabCar, or jeepneys. The only downside we experienced was hearing the noises of people talking outside at 3 am. The room isn't soundproof enough. But, overall, the experience was good. We would still choose to stay at the hotel again if we will visit Manila once more.
