the only thing I would complain about is the strict cleaning rule that they will only clean on the day they indicated in the key card. we were staying for 11 nights and they wouldnt agree to changing the cleaning days on days that we were out. ex: cleaning day was tues but we requested to move it to wed since we were out the whole day. they said they charged P300 to change it to a different day. Since we had no choice, we agreed to pay. They then said they'll allow it this time 🤦🏼‍♀️

i stayed here for 4N5D. clean room. accommodating and friendly staff. pag mag concern, nka Alston agad. isa lang prob ko, yung ac sa room, tumutulo. hindi ko agad napansin. but all in all, satisfied. Babalik ako for sure.

Hotel is perfect if you have business in Manila and you need somewhere to stay that is accessible and decent for the price point. Staff is great, room is impeccably clean, and everything in the room is functional. One downside is that during the rainy season, the entrance to the hotel gets flooded and it takes a while to subside. It makes entering the hotel a bit difficult. This needs improvement though it’s probably the LGU that’s responsible for fixing the drainage in the street. Will def stay here again if I have business in Manila.

hotel location: Very convenient, especially since it is near the U.S. Embassy and Robinsons Manila. breakfast: Great and delicious! The restaurant staff were also very friendly and accommodating. cleanliness: The building and rooms were clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. service: Excellent service. The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. transport access: Very convenient. There are tricycles available outside, and I mostly used Grab, which was easy to book. On Fridays, though, it sometimes took longer to get a confirmed driver. Overall, I had a great and comfortable stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Got a room with a window and love the view of Manila Bay. Room is good for a single person stay. Everything is functional, comfortable bed. Best value for money when need somewhere to stay near Roxas Blvd.
