we were lucky to be upgraded to a suite room for 4 pax. the room was clean, equipped with a tub, fridge, oven and water heater. we just had minor issues on the doorknob of the restroom where stayed but all the rest was just great.

We had a pleasant stay at the resort. The facilities were excellent, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. However, we would like to raise one concern during our arrival. It was raining when we reached the gate, and although we had already informed the lady guard that we had a reservation, she requested our details first before allowing us to enter. We hope this process can be improved to make the check-in experience more convenient for guests, especially during unfavorable weather conditions.

Our stay at Hue Hotel Puerto Princesa was truly enjoyable! From the moment we arrived, the staff were courteous and accommodating. All our special requests were granted, which made our stay even more comfortable. The room was clean and well-designed, and we especially enjoyed spending time at the pool—it was clean, relaxing, and a great spot to unwind. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and we would definitely stay here again.

i love our stay very big and clean room.. perfect for a relaxing getaway. the reason why we booked a room here is because of our comprehensive exam that was held at the convention hall of costa. We really had a good and relaxing sleep. everything is perfect.although we are surprised that our room got cleaned without requesting it. so we got worried if our things are intact. but overall everything is good.
