We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel! The staff were very accommodating and kind. We're glad we chose this hotel for our quick vacay in Puerto Princesa, super sulit ang binayad. The breakfast buffet was different each day and delicous! All our concerns and requests were well attended to, which we appreciate so much. Lastly, the thoughtful birthday surprise they prepared was truly appreciated! Thank you, Microtel!

overall, we loved our stay, that time there is typhoon, good thing this hotel has a restaurant and a pool so we don’t need to go out and just enjoy our stay there.

The staffs are all amazing, attentive, and kind. The general manager would also check up on us and the other guests to make sure everything is alright. Whenever we need something, the staffs immediately attend on our needs. I am just hoping that the shuttle would have more time slots since the location of the hotel itself is quite far from the center or the main highway of the city.

great stay here. i wasnt able to swim at the beach. it was always lowtide in the afternoon and the water is about 300 meters away from the shore. staying for four nights was a pleasure. the room is always clean. it is somehow a distance going to the central city. customer service is excellent. the only thing is that key card always fail. happened like 10x. small thing though

What you see is what you get in Microtel. The photos posted is really the same in actual. Even more beautiful because of the kind and approachable staffs. The Hotel is really clean and its ambiance is superb. We have a very comfortable 4 nights and 5 days. If I would have a chance to come back, I will still choose this hotel. Oh, plus the pool closes at 10PM, so you will really enjoy swimming especially with kiddos. The place is so nice plus its beach front. The room is big and clean.

An amazing stay with such peaceful vibes. The place was relaxing, clean, and perfect for a quiet getaway. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Definitely a comfort place worth coming back to.
