Hotel staff -all of them- are very helpful. There might be a tiny language barrier but they do their absolute very best. Location is absurdly great because the hote is directly connected to the BTS Ratchathewi station. Breakfast is consistently good with lots and lots of choices. They are doing some renovations since they're upgrading the hotel but otherwise everything was great and YES, I will stay there again and again.

One of the best hotel out there. It's super super cheap but you'd get a clean and comfortable room. The walls are thin and not soundproof, so expect that you'll hear your neighbours, not much of a big deal. Hotel staff are super super nice and helpful, lobby is comfortable too. I'd 101% recommend this hotel, it's a little far from the center but there's Grab and Bolt, super convenient to ride. I stayed here for a week and my experience was amazing. 😊😊😊

Exemplary service with so much freebies. Ex. shuttle service, popcorn, ice cream, juice, massage, and that's costumes. it may be a little far from the main road, but the 24hour shuttle service makes it worth it.

Breakfast was pretty basic, still good. Room is cozy and nice, bathtub leaks so if you want to use it, try to check it first yours is not leaking like mine. Shuttle to the Thong Lo BTS is very handy.

experience wise within the budget, location is at the center of pratunam market, easy to access and all you need is around the corner, 711, locals street foods even money changer, ATMs and restaurant we even eat immediately upon arrival. staff are very accommodating, room is spacious and even they change towels everyday. thankyou Citin Pratunam we have a smooth and lovely stay😊

I had a great stay here and very near with BTS STATION SENA NIKHOM. so i can easily travel to any locations. While the building may look old, the staff are very friendly and very helpful. the location has few tourist and you can experience authentic thai lifestyle and food here.

One of my best stay in Bangkok, really like the style of the rooms and the staff is very kind and helpful, asiatique is just 10 min walk or you can take a complimentary free of charge as you are stayed in the hotel the ride with the ferry to Icon siam and more than place, it's really good experience
