The staffs were all very nice and friendly!They never failed to make sure we've got our clean towels everyday for the whole 4 days of our stay!!My children enjoyed the archade and splash area very much!!!!!will definitely come back!! service:

service: receptionist at the pool smoking during their working time. the smoke from his cigarette making people uncomfortable during at pool. many kids and baby also pregnant women there feeling uncomfortable by his action. hopefully something will be done regarding this matter breakfast: breakfast is excellent as always. hopefully in future, you could add some traditional kuih muih to add some variety for breakfast hotel location: prefect location for someone who wanted a break from caos in the city. near the beach and there is a small town nearby there.

Reasonable pricing. good location just next to the beach. efficient staff and service was good. there's a small games room. most importantly the room was spacious, clean and modern! will definitely go back again. :)

I stayed deluxe room at lower ground. Could say that quite satisfying me I terms of the room located at the lowest ground so it's easy access for my kids after they came from beach and pool. But it's far different between the suite even the bell itself not available at deluxe.

Still the best in Desaru Coast -- consistently overall good service (front office, housekeeping, maintenence, and F&B) peaceful ambience and skilled chefs who turn out great dishes at all hotel outlets.

eventhough it is not a grand resort the facilities still okay and pool very nice. view also great. hotel breakfast is okay. can repeat.

very comfortable yet freshing view. can also swimming there, watching television in room, just 10km to beach. overall we are so satisfied 🫶🏻
