Not my first time, and 2nd time, the staffs was great they are very helpful, the room was clean and all are operational inside the room except the TV but still bearable, the place was near the Newport and Villamor, will be back soon.

They give a complementary room upgrade. Since I was waiting for an available room past 2pm. That was a quick action. hotel location: 8/10 cleanliness:10/10 service:10/10 transport access:9/10

Nice place to stay at. Very near MOA, SMX, Ikea and Arena. I will stay here again when the need arises.

The location is perfect when you are travelling the city or staying in the hotel, ambiance is nice, the pool in general was clean, staffs were amazingly helpful. rooms were not soundproof specially the hallway and window area. (photos not related)

The room is clean and spacious. Lightings are good. Friendly front desk personnel. Lobby is clean and well arranged.

Stayed solo overnight in a queen(bed config) room. First time to stay in an airport/business hotel in Manila. Easily accessible from Terminal 3 via the Runway Manila walkway.

breakfast: Normal filipino american breakfast. Had sausage, scrambled eggs, beef tapa, and cereal (They were serving fresh milk, you can maybe ask for other alternatives (if you're vegan, etc.))

great place and great staffs

super love staying here especially on their Japanese room. There is also free use of pool, gym, spa, sauna, steam bath. We only wished there was window for sunlight coz the Japanese rooms - they did have window, but it's not outdoor view so we were clueless on the time since we usually rely on sunlight to know if it is already morning or still night. Overall, highly recommended to return for a stay again, but might try a different room.

A must book for my short stay. Near convenience stores, mall, concert and fun run venues. Clean and somehow spacious. Will book here again.
