i like the location it really suitable to call condotel not like my previous experience from other side. i only have one suggestion please tell to the cleaner to do thier job properly clean thouroghly and if possible spray some friendly pestiside😁

Service is excellent. Staff are nice... hotel location: near to. MOA AND NAIA. Happy that most of the staff are muslim like me.. Foods are not halal, so as muslim I recommend best to order outside and look for halal foods..

We stayed here during my wife's birthday. The location is very accessible to all establishments since it is near the Mall of Asia. Standard room is quite small but looks clean and descent. Staffs are accomodating and respectful. There are lots of guests during our stay and so we did not enjoy the pool especially the jacuzzi tho it is understandable.

The room is clean and spacious. Lightings are good. Friendly front desk personnel. Lobby is clean and well arranged.

it's a great experience, staffs are very helpful, room service was fast, and yummy food, and very cold Aircon. My kid loves the bathroom because of the bathtub 😁

It was a great holiday experience. Few years back i stayed here and the friendliness, service of the staff exceeded my expectattion, esp Junica the receptionist( i hope i was right) she gave the best room. We will go back this April 18, 2026 for the Wakas at Simula homecoming concert of SB19. cleanliness:9/10 service:9/10

3rd time to stay here, and would keep on coming back. its a break from the usual staycation in condos where they have all the same minimalist designs. This place is very homey, and I love that its only a 2 story house, since Im not a fan of elevators. Good for solo travelling and also family bonding since they have a pool. Also, they have nice and competent attendants.
