My friends and I had a wonderful time celebrating our birthdays at Yamato Hostel. It was the ultimate restful getaway—we spent the evening enjoying good food, watching movies, and relaxing in comfort. The room was incredibly warm and cozy, the beds made for a great night’s sleep, and the bathroom was gorgeous. If you're looking for a peaceful, quiet place to relax and recharge, this is definitely the spot to go! 🤍

This place is a hidden gem in the middle of Pasay’s busy streets. Once you enter, you’re welcomed with serene, cozy, and artistic vibes — it honestly feels like Japan! Very aesthetic, from the clean furniture to the thoughtful artistic pieces. Cleanliness is my #1 priority when traveling, and this hostel exceeded expectations. The room, towels, and facilities were spotless. I also love their eco-friendly approach with refillable pitchers and bath essentials. Toiletries are complete, plus complimentary coffee and tea (the Genmaicha was so good!). Netflix access was a nice touch too, making my short stay feel like a mini staycation. Staff was very accommodating and even provided me with a chair upon request, which I appreciated. Perhaps my only wish would've been a water heater in the shower. Still, I’m very satisfied! Among all the budget hotels I’ve stayed in, this one is unmatched. Great value for money and excellent service. Definitely my go-to in Pasay!

We arrived 2:30 pm and the room was not yet ready, we waited till 3pm at it was still not ready so we opted to go out at a cafe instead. For this, they offered complimentary late checkout which was good. I hope they can impose quiet time on the common areas like the lobby on second floor. We were there to rest but we can hear loud conversations and laughter till midnight and even as early as 6am.
