The place was wonderful! I booked the hillside room for my personal driver. The room has all the basic facilities. There were several drinking water dispenser outside the rooms which is great. Staffs were friendly and helpful. However, breakfast could better howbeit, it has great view of the animals. You may also have a swim with a view! Distance wise, I think it would be best if you have your own transport as it is quite a distance to walk out. But, there is also a shuttle bus to the safari.

It was an amazing stay. Right in the begining, we were welcome with a cozy weather in resort. It was misty kindna a vibe but very cool. The lovely service team welcome us. The check in process was a breezy and very attentive on explanning what we need to know.
The room was huge (we got free upgrade from Suite Room to Premiere Suite room) and they provided small tend for my daugther to play. She loved it so much and always playing there. A gesture of snacks and finger bite food to get you started. My daughter loves the kids activities, such as little farmer program, colouring, donut decoration, sandwich making, animal feeding, children eco playground, Jiva Devi, some kids activities on the restaurant, many children books on the main lobby and also the plataran carnaval playground.
The best overall, it would be the butler service. It is simply the best. It was so good they even strech on companying us to bromo mountain tour. I would defintely go there again & will recommend it to all.
