The property is basically the best! you can spend in the hotels for days. really! the staffs, well the lady red or lady in red or something like that was amazing. flash service with whatsapp. very good! the room dining, the ox tail soup was amazing. the bebek was amazing. the breakfast was ok, ok as the staff is not consistent one day is good serving you well and another day well they just passedby :) and apparantely speaking English will get you more faster service on breakfast so... but overall they are great!

The place was in Jimbaran, just 15 minutes away from the airport, depending on traffic. The highlight for us was the sumptuous breakfast, so it's better to book a room that includes free breakfast. The room that was given to us was right beside the pool (see attached photos). I commend the staff who assisted us; they were polite and helpful. I left my jacket at the hotel, and they replied to my email, saying they would keep it for me until I could pick it up, but I didn't get the chance before our departure flight. Overall, our experience was lovely, and we would book with them again when we go back to Bali.
