How do I board the train?

You can board directly with your Klook e-ticket.

1) Arrive at the station at least 15 minutes early for smooth boarding.

2) Check the departure screens for your train, departure time, destination, and platform number. screen

3) Find your car and seat numbers on your e-ticket and board the train.

  • Car numbers are marked outside & above the door of each car. car outside car inside
  • Seat numbers are marked above each row of seats. seats

4) Show your ticket to the train staff if asked.
