How can I change or cancel booking?

To change booking, cancel your tickets and make a new booking.

How to cancel on Klook app: 1) Go to your account 2) Select Bookings 3) Choose your train booking 4) Select Refund

Cancellation fees depend on when you cancel.

Before booking confirmation: Free of charge
Up to 2 days before departure: KRW400 per ticket
1 day before departure: 5% of ticket price (Min. KRW400)
Less than 1 day to 3 hours before departure: 10% of ticket price (Min. KRW400)
Less than 3 hours before departure: 20% of ticket price (Min. KRW400)
After departure: Non-refundable
A minimum cancellation fee of KRW400 applies after your booking is confirmed. Even if the calculated refund fee is lower, you’ll still be charged at least KRW400.
