This masseuse understands what I'm saying, which is rare and I feel very lucky. I first visited this place five years ago and had a great impression, but it is indeed expensive. A lot of the cost actually comes from the decor, snacks, and the overall ambiance, which makes you feel pampered the moment you step in. Back then, they weren't partnered with Klook, so you'd pay the package prices listed on their official website. I purchased a three to four-hour session. I was a bit worried that this discounted package might mean I'd get a new, inexperienced masseuse. This is because the amount of pressure I can tolerate varies greatly across my body; in some areas, just a light touch from the masseuse makes me yelp, while in others, she has to use all her strength for me to feel anything. She didn't slack off or waste time at all; I actually fell asleep during the exfoliation, which really surprised me! All in all, with high-priced massages like this, if you feel anything is lacking, you really need to communicate it to the masseuse yourself so you don't waste your money. After all, for Bangkok, this price point isn't cheap. Their official website has many other special packages and massage styles. The masseur's skills were excellent, and their attitude was friendly and polite. However, the room was a bit cold.

This was our second time visiting Diora and our first time at this location, which we chose for its convenient MRT access after changing hotels. This branch is much smaller than the other Diora Sukhumvit we’ve visited, with only five rooms (three located upstairs), so guests who have difficulty with stairs may want to inform them in advance.
The check-in process was the same: tea upon arrival, slipper change, and foot wash—but the selection of oils and scrubs was more limited compared to the other location. We started with a one-hour scrub (Thai Jasmine rice for me and mango for my partner), followed by a two-hour oil massage. Our therapists, Nat and Cha, were professional, and the service was fine overall.
That said, if we return to Diora in the future, we would likely choose the other location for its larger space and wider selection.

It was so good. The guides were all friendly and the masseuses were friendly, and the massage was good in a luxurious atmosphere. It was nice that I could shower and wash up on the last day of my trip and go to the airport. I also got a coupon through a raffle.
