The driver was on time, and the on-site staff were great. It's just a shame that we couldn't ride the bamboo raft due to the rain, but they refunded 100 Thai Baht.

Our elephant sanctuary experience was superb! It was such a nice and relaxing day — feeding, caring for, and walking with the elephants made us feel like we were in a different dimension. The best part was our tour guide, Sir Taiga. He was very approachable, entertaining, and excellent at his job — there was never a dull moment with him! Our driver was also amazing — very accommodating, friendly, and made sure we were safe throughout the trip. Overall, both of them were fantastic, and we truly had an unforgettable experience.

This package includes feeding and bathing the elephants as well as bamboo rafting. My friend and I have an amazing experience and the guide, John, was very nice and knowledgeable. The agency picked us up at the hotel and the ride to the bamboo rafting area was 1 hour away. I would definitely recommend taking this package

The tour was fabulous and the fee was very reasonable. We LOVED the elephant sanctuary and had so much fun interacting with the gentle giants. Highly recommend.

one of the best experiences we've ever had!! From pick up to drop off, Tono (our tour guide) was amazing. Friendly and interactive. He took such good photos of us and these are memories we will cherish forever. I asked him if he had taken a photography course because they were really good haha. I implore everyone to try this out. it was a 100/10 experience for us. Even as a plus size person, this was very doable 💯

It was really fun with the elephants! Also enjoyed the bamboo rafting - you just sit and chill on the raft while they help raft you down the stream. The waterfall was also very cool too and a highlight. Would recommend full day if you have the time to!

The itinerary was fun and well-planned. We got to feed the elephants and walk with them, but the elephant swimming portion was a little lacking because we went to a place with strong currents and mostly just watched the elephants bathe. The bamboo rafting was pretty fun, so be sure to bring a change of clothes and a sun hat.

They picked us up at the hotel at ~7:30 am and we arrived at the sanctuary at ~8:30 am. We were ~10-11 people for the morning half day tour. We rode a jeepney going to the place where the elephants stayed. We started off with the guide teaching us about elephant language, then proceeded to making elephant food. We then met the elephants and gave them the food we made along with the buckets of food that was provided for us. We walked with the elephants and just observed their behavior from afar. After this, we gave them a bath at the stream, followed by a mud bath, and lunch back at the entrance. I really hope this sanctuary is ethical as I researched after this experience that not all “ethical” sanctuaries in Thailand are ethical after all. I am just glad that they prohibit riding the elephants. PRO TIP: BRING AN EXTRA BAG THAT CAN GET WET/MUDDY. IT SHOULD CONTAIN UR CAMERA and MOSQUITO REPELLENT. THEY PROVIDE LOCKERS AT THE ENTRANCE FOR ALL UR OTHER STUFF. BRING EXTRA CLOTHES!
