The hotel has a great location, close to the subway station and the border crossing, making transportation very convenient. The rooms are clean and tidy, making for a comfortable stay. The staff are courteous, and the environment is quiet and comfortable, leading to an overall satisfying experience.

Hotel Location: Very convenient, located near Luohu Port, within walking distance to shopping malls like Kingglory Plaza, or just around RMB 12 by taxi.

Great location. The rooms are new, and the food is good. Highly recommended. I've already recommended it to many friends! The front desk manager, Manager Zhou, has a great and thoughtful attitude.

The hotel has a convenient location, making it easy to get around. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the environment is relatively quiet. The basic facilities are complete, and overall, the stay was satisfactory.

The buffet food was really abundant, the service was great, and the room was large. The birthday cake room service was excellent. The only downside was the somewhat long check-in time.

The hotel has a convenient location. The staff is very friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms are not only large but also very clean. Plus, there's a small indoor swimming pool. Overall, a very good experience and I'm very satisfied.

Overall, a satisfying experience. However, since the package was purchased on Klook on the same day, the confirmation process took a long time. I emailed Klook support for inquiries, but the reply wasn't received until the next day. I wanted to cancel at the time, but it wasn't possible. Ultimately, it was confirmed. Overall, I'm satisfied with the hotel service, but Klook's service could use improvement.
Service: Satisfied with the front desk, dining, and massage services.
Breakfast: Wide variety.
Hotel Location: Close to the border, convenient.

affordable hotel and it is within walking distance from Guomao station. it is also very close to Luohu checkpoint. however, it is close to the road so it may get noisy at times
