The incredibly kind staff and surprisingly pleasant room made our Bangkok trip even more enjoyable.

My friends & I enjoyed our stay at Hotel Clover Asoke very much. The staff were all very pleasant & helpful. One of my friends is a nursing mom & the staff readily helped with the storage of milk throughout our stay with them. Breakfast was a good spread of tasty eastern & western food, catering to all palates. They are also very considerate in offering Halal options for our Muslim friend! Hotel Clover Asoke is located strategically in the Sukhumvit district, with a BTS station nearby & a 7-11 shop just right beside it — Very convenient! Would stay here again in the future. The location is very convenient, just a 5-7 minute walk to Terminal 21 shopping mall and the BTS station. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are very friendly. The only downside is that there may be noise if you stay on a lower floor. Otherwise, everything is great, and I would stay again.

The hotel is about a 3-minute walk from the BTS (though the sidewalk isn't great). There's a 7-Eleven right across from the hotel, which is awesome. Unfortunately, this Hyatt's rooms are quite plain... very industrial-style.

The customer service is courteous and helpful. The rooms are clean and have a refrigerator and kitchen. The breakfast is also delicious. There is also a coin laundry, which is convenient in the hot season. The location is also good.

Pros - There is international plug in the room and is sufficient (4~) for 2pax - Room is spacious and clean - Gym and onsen is well equipped - The Den lounge also well equipped with coffee machines and water 24hrs - Shuttle bus service arrives on time on 30 mins interval - We stayed closed to the lift and was not disturbed by noise at all - Toilet amenities is provided - There is connecting room for twin bed and king bed - Prompt to fix our reported issues Issue 1: Although connecting room has been allocated, one of the door cannot be opened they managed to fix on Day 2 Issue 2: Water pressure is not strong on Day 1, after we commented they fixed it on Day 2 Issue 3: The water only turns hot when adjust all the way left, after we commented it is working properly on Day 2. But the same issue came back Day 3 and Day 4 - Firmness on the bed is just right, hotel provided one soft and hard pillow
