We had a wonderful experience with our tour guide, Miss Alicia. She went out of her way to contact us about the meeting point, which we really appreciated. Sorry we were almost late. She is very knowledgeable and shared so many interesting insights throughout the tour. What we loved most was her genuine care for every group. She made sure everyone felt comfortable and enjoyed the experience. Her cheerful personality and entertaining style made the tour even more memorable. Thanks for singing the "Alishan song". Keep up the excellent work, Miss Alicia! I’ll always remember the phrase: “Alicia for Alishan!” 🌟

It’s good that we include this on our 2nd time in Taiwan. Alishan looks so magical, there’s a bit of weather hiccup as it rained around late afternoon, but it didn’t made the tour any less amazing
