It's convenient to rent in one location and return in another. The shop promptly addresses any issues reported. Renting for the whole day is very cost-effective, and it's easy to cycle around the lake.

Very good experience on this tour! We opted for hotel pick-up and the driver came earlier so we managed to leave immediately! He also brought us to many gift shops but did not pressurise us to buy anything. Would highly recommend 👍

Xiao Liu, our driver and \"tour guide,\" led us on a wonderful tour of Sun Moon Lake and Gaomei Wetlands. The itinerary was well-planned, the timing was perfect, and he drove safely and smoothly. There were four of us in our group, and we all had a great time together. Xiao Liu not only helped us take photos but also recommended the most cost-effective places to eat. Everything was very well organized. This trip was satisfying and highly recommended for friends who want to easily enjoy Sun Moon Lake and Gaomei Wetlands.

Great Itinerary, wonderful guide ( our guide is Eric) and the hotels are amazing. The hotels are either near downtown, or resort style. This is a must join if you are staying in Taiwan for a week or so and want to explore the best of Taiwan

The itinerary has a high cost-performance ratio, and the tour guides at each station are very detailed. The tour guide + driver - Brother Kazi, has very stable driving skills and is enthusiastic and attentive. My mother is elderly, and Brother Kazi paid attention to her care all the way, which is really great. Thank you, Brother Kazi, for your care that exceeds 5 stars.

This trip to Sun Moon Lake and Cingjing Farm was truly unforgettable, and the biggest contributor was our guide, Li Ming-tang (Brother Tang), vehicle number RBV-5868. He is passionate about his work and greeted us with a friendly smile from the moment we got on the bus, making everyone feel warm and energetic. Throughout the trip, he not only carefully explained the historical background and cultural stories of each attraction, but also used a vivid and interesting way to let us truly understand Taiwan's past and present. Whether it's historical sites or the delicious snacks of Sun Moon Lake, he can explain them richly and deeply, making people want to hear more. What's even more touching is that he thoughtfully helped us take many beautiful photos, each with perfect composition and just the right lighting, leaving countless precious memories. In addition, he also gave us many insightful suggestions - where to go, what to eat, and where to stay for convenience if we come to Taiwan again. His professionalism and attention to detail made the whole trip more fulfilling and perfect. I am really grateful for such a dedicated and professional tour guide! With him leading the way, the journey was not only smooth but also full of warmth. Highly recommended to all friends who want to travel to Taiwan! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
