I am thankful and very satisfied with the journey to the locations as it is guided by a very fun, helpful and informative tour guide, David. He explains well about the history and information regarding the locations and highlight on the safety precaution especially on the slippery surfaces and kind gesture in helping the elderly during the trip. Thanks to the driver for driving safely and also other tourists who are punctual attended to each location as required.

It was a very cost-effective itinerary, and every attraction was visited. Although the stay was inevitably short, I really had a lot of fun. Don't go to the Bear Ranch.

I received an email about the next day's itinerary at around 8 o'clock the night before the trip, and then added the tour guide David's WeChat. The one-day itinerary was very smooth and fulfilling under the arrangement of David and the driver Master Liu. The one-day tour saved the time of changing cars by myself. It is the best choice for tourists who cannot drive to Noboribetsu and Lake Toya! Thanks again to David and Master Liu, I hope to have the opportunity to join your tour again.

James was a wonderful guide. He is more fluent in Chinese than English but that didn’t matter as he really explained the sceneries/trip really well. He also recommends must eats in Sapporo like the Soup Curry. Really enjoyed this tour a lot! I like how James sent a message the night before to remind us of the itinerary and that we should bring packed snacks for the trip. The itinerary was jam packed like what he said. I recommend to just have lunch at the bear farm/ropeway. The snowmobile was the highlight of the trip. There was also free ice cream included. Dairy products are top tier in Hokkaido!
